Scatterplot not displaying in Chrome latest and IE11 #523

Using Crome Version 32.0.1700.76 m
Tools | Scatterplot
World | Eucalyptus gunnii | No highlight
Bio01 vs Bio12 | Select "Display possible environments in area"
No background species

Scatterplot display in legend area is blank. This has also happened before.

On IE 11, the 'Next' button on step 1 won't even activate!

Out of disk space due to the user generated outputs from SP.

We need the SP to clean up after itself. 1TB of modelling outputs for 
operations where the user cant actually get back to the output after the 
session is closed in some cases.

Alerts - probably. Our alerting system needs replacing (as discussed before) as 
its currently very noisy and is difficult to configure. The alerting system in 
Carlton Beach Rd Hobart is working great.

Im reducing the stored outputs so that anything older than 60 days is deleted. 
Was 180 days.
