Can't delete individual or selected sites #531

Sites tab allows for deletion of all sites associated with a project, but not 
individual or multi-selected sites. This makes it difficult to remove sites 
created in error

Chris, can we insert this one into the next deploy after the one currently 
waiting for deployment next Monday?

Individual sites can now be removed from a project.
Multiple sites can be removed on the "add existing sites" page but the design 
it not optimised for that case.
