Some usability issues/suggestions for ALA API

Here are a few items that I have found:

1)Edit WebService ->Add parameter:
- Could we move this to the bottom of the list so that when we add a param we 
don't have to scroll up. Also the new param will be on screen as it is created.

2) Create Example for service: Parameters list:
- The order that these are reported in changes every time it would be nice if 
they remained consistent. Preferably in the order that they we specified in the 
web service documentation.

3) Allow a single webservice to have multiple Output Formats

4) Allow a single webservice to have multiple URLs associated with it

5) Support REST style URLs like /breakdown/{collectorytype}/{uid}.  This needs 
to be supported in examples etc...

6) Have some consistency in the order of the webservice lists: 
http://api.ala.org.au/apps. Every time I load this page the order of the 
services change.
