Add metadata to (i) for OpenStreetmaps and 'outline' basemaps in SP #578

There is no metadata for the Open StreetMaps ("Simple") and "Outline" (country 
boundaries) options in the map legend in the Spatial Portal.

This is mandatory, and urgent!

The maps are credited bottom right. But the metadata is missing I agree.

Outline map metadata working - it just loads from external site and takes a 
while

http://www.openstreetmap.org/copyright page has X-Frame-Options set to 
SAMEORIGIN so it won't just display in the iframe.

Creating a very simple page with a link is a workaround.  Is it too simple?

Will suffice but suggest just "See OpenStreetMap" for now.
