Web API: clear page cache after entry has been edited saved) #625

When an ADMIM user edits a web service entry (e.g.
http://api.ala.org.au/admin/webService/edit/80?returnTo=) and clicks the
"update" button, the web page still displays the old text, not the new updated
text (confusing to the user). This is due to the public page being cached and a
work around is to use the admin button and select "clear page cache".

IMHO, the update controller should automatically clear the page cache on a
successful update.
Probably worth checking for new entries as well.
