Web API enhancements

- single page listing, linked from the admin menu, that gives a full listing of 
all the webservices and when the example test has last ran.
This should include a listing of webservices without runnable examples (so we 
know where are gaps are).

- add a flag on to the example domain object to indicate whether it is a 
runnable thing. This is to work around the fact some of these examples are just 
links to blogs etc.

also - the single page listing should link off to the detail pages with graphs 
where it can.
