hubs-webapp: LSID search with 0 hits hides the taxon name in display #637

returns 0 hits and the text - No Records found for - briefly shows the 
scientific name before it is hidden.

Looks like a bug related to the LSID matched name that provides the drop-down 
option for a taxa.
