Scatterplot broken on dev

This only affects dev.

With a clean new session,
1. Tools > Scatterplot 
2. Select World
3. Select species "Macropus rufus"
4. Select any layers
Temperature - annual mean (echam5 Bio01)
Precipitation - annual seasonality ratio
5. Scatterplot doesnt load - and a lot of points are rendered.

Fixed.  Was due to alaspatial not pointing to biocache-test and error in using 
&fq= instead of AND in queries.
