"View in Spatial Portal" not working for this query #658

This works

http://spatial.ala.org.au/?q=*%3A*&fq=-ibra%3A*&fq=-imcra%3A*&fq=-country%3A*&fq
=-el848%3A*&wkt=POLYGON((96.6%20-58.0,159.8%20-58.0,159.8%20-10.5,96.6%20-10.5,9
6.6%20-58.0))

but "View in Spatial Portal" which equated to

http://spatial.ala.org.au/?q=*%3A*&fq=-ibra%3A*&fq=-imcra%3A*&fq=-country%3A*&fq
=-el848%3A*&wkt=POLYGON((96.6%20-58.0,159.8%20-58.0,159.8%20-10.5,96.6%20-10.5,9
6.6%20-58.0))

didn't produce anything. The spatial call looks ok so I'm assuming the problem 
is the SP.
