Labels missing for facets

We should be using i18n values from the biocache webservices:

http://ala-starr.it.csiro.au/biocache-service/facets/i18n

SP should also be using the

http://biocache.ala.org.au/ws/search/grouped/facets

not sure if this is currently the case.
