Large number of http://spatial.ala.org.au/layers images are too small to view #686

Over 50% of the thumbnail images on http://spatial.ala.org.au/leyers are too 
small to see properly. See attached examples. I couldn't see a pattern on what 
was ok/not.

This is a fancy geoserver feature.  e.g. put this in your browser and refresh, 
it gets smaller!

Nice but we still get arid_mean for example around 20% of the size of pawc1m
