Add WMS Layer fails (100%)

Start SP and click "Add WMS Layer" button: 

The ALA Spatial Portal encountered a serious error. It is recommended to reload 
the portal but it may be possible to continue. We have recorded the error and 
will investigate a fix.

Need tidy-up of 

1. button placement: See attached.
2. "Successfully added layer" message is truncated on the bottom.
3. WMS examples: iMOS WMS address changed. Awaiting response from iMOS
4. Why do we need transparency on the window as it can be set on the SP?
