Can we pickup links to any metadata from the Add WMS function? #710

I just noted that many of the external WMS layer names in the examples are 
cryptic so hoped for some metadata. Clicking on the link in the layer table of 
the SP gives a blank window with what appears to be some 'metadata' in the 
header? Maybe it is just the layer title.

Possible?

When there are metadata URLs in the getcapabilities response they are now 
included in the metadata popup as links.
