Change labels for fields on Project Information edit page #751

The following label changes are required on the Project Information edit page 
for the Green Army programme. These are more general than the terms currently 
used and should also apply adequately for other programmes.

"Grant recipient"  change to   "Recipient"
"Funded by"  change to  "Programme"

A "Service provider" field also needs to be added to this page and this will 
also need to map into the "Organisation" facet on the site home page.
