auto-fold on file open not working

Quite self-explanatory; I have the "Auto fold on file open" option toggled to True, however newly opened files will always open up unfolded.

Foldable pairs are recognized -- as far as I know the rest of the package is working as it should.

This issue has suddenly gone away on its own and everything is working as it is meant to
