   1. not JavaScript enabled, cannot translate JSON to HTML microformat
   2. standardized HTML microformat directly from server
   3. navigate via anchors and links
   4. special queries or use HTTP request vars to identify bot in SQL query
      1. from the HTTP request virtual table
