It would be nice if you can create a config file for cgminer and restart the cgminer. May be with a helper server which can do this job.

Thanks for the feedback! The current implementation doesn't have anything that runs on the miners themselves. The way it works now is that it simply tries to connect to each of the IPs in the config file and get the various stats needed for the report. I don't currently have plans to extend this project much further than it's current state (I've switched my mining configuration so it's less necessary than it used to be for me).

If someone else begins working on this, I'd be glad to help where I can.
