Improve QuickCompose Layout and Spacing

Minimize button is different size and style than the close button

Add top padding to the body text area (equal to padding from the left side of window)

Bottom toolbar

• Move formatting buttons closer to send button: equal to Send button’s left padding from window edge + 2dp
• Bump up Trashcan right padding to be equal to padding from bottom edge of window
• Send button hover state grey needs to be changed to a slightly darker blue All buttons: Pressed down state should be a change to the background colour (slightly darker) rather than dropping the image down
