make it possible to save tiles as models #1083

The idea is to be able to save run tiles separate from projects.

A simpler first step would be to make it possible to transfer run tiles across two open projects. (This would be easier because it wouldn't require a new library pane.)

I guess an alternative to having a new library pane would be to include the models in the tile library pane.
