Tile version thinking #1097

Perhaps just an asterisk in the name.
And perhaps this should be there if the source has been updated since when last the tile was run

I need to store the date and time modified of the version of the tile that was run. So when loading or reloading the source I need to get this information There should be a way to view this information. Maybe generally other metadata informaiont
