Add roles & icons for Pictomancer (PCT) and Viper (VPR) #166

This change adds roles for the new Dawntrail Pictomancer and Viper classes, as well as icons for the same.

And reorder the "dnc" inside the job list.

I pulled this but had to change "pic" to "pct" (and rename the image) to get it to work, at least with the ACT beta parser. I think they've settled on PCT for Pictomancer.
