Improvements for the Translation Project. #10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
 1. I have a FFT Korean Translation project for PSP version in the works.
 And I wanted to use FFTactext util, but It couldn't use full of code
(symbols) in font. 

What is the expected output?
 1.Hope to use the full of character code (after 0xD202(?)).
 2.And make a text file extract program (can use Japanese ver), plz.
 3.If possible, Be able to use custom character table on FFTactext.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 0.236 on windows XP
