What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Staring lioneditor.exe

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I cannot see the "Install plugin to Memory Stick" button in LionEditor.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
LionEditor-0.147
Windows XP sp3

Please provide any additional information below.
