Add security alerts to the app #11

There should be security alerts with the following:

  1. If the user's phone is not using a PIN or pattern, we should prompt them to use one
  2. If the user's phone supports full encryption, we should prompt them to turn it on.

These should be alerts that happen once a week.

Logic:

if phone not using PIN, show alert if its > 1 week since last alert shown.

if phone not using encryption && its supported, show alert if its > 1 week since last alert shown

Hi, In addition to alerts. I wrote in the txt file that we should add a tab - u enter and see status. Is this ok?

I think we should add a tab to the left navigation drawer that allows the user to see the security alerts.
