You can setup a 2nd triggerer if you like, this will also do the trick and give you full control over each trigger.
Alternatively you can sync windows, example: when window A opens, auto. open window B. You can do so by using the UIWindowSync component.

I'm confused by your comment. Isn't this a bug? There shouldn't be two "The Window"s. When I drag a window into the inspector, it changes both of them. This wasn't a feature request. ;-)
