Inventory Pro ControllerSupport Vendor Window - no highlighting #224

In the vendor window, there is no cell highlighted once you enter the screen, we have to use the mouse to click and highlight a cell which defeats the purpose of controller based inventory. (It does seem to work fine on "Player Inventory" screen)

By default the first item of the vendor is now selected (fixes #224) - See action helper and OnShow event
