"Show Properties" buttons throw exception on Visual Studio 2022 #6

Steps to reproduce:

On Visual Studio 2022, open a supported document.
Press the Show Properties button in the toolstrip or in any of the context menus in the document tree. Expected: The Properties tool window is opened and focused. Actual: Visual Studio hangs and then closes.
