Add 'recover_results' entry point to commandline options #13

As of v0.3.2-nodist, the only confidently stable entry points to the module are do_run, continue_dia, and recover_results. So, an entry point for recover_results should be added.

Coding of this issue will probably accompany implementation of #12.
