Add python-levenshtein notice at package install time #124

Not sure how to achieve a check for the presence of python-levenshtein, especially if someone's installing from a wheel.

Any machinery in pip to receive and print a message to console at end of install?

Not going to do this, given the removal of fuzzywuzzy and python-Levenshtein planned for v2.2 (#211)
