Add description for when same-docset roles differ from cross-docset roles #204

Many things get squashed down to a small number (1?) of common roles inside objects.inv. This is a relatively common point of confusion. [citation needed]

Could be good to figure this out and document it.

Might be somewhat related to #234? Certainly in the same general topic area.
