Change the logic so that the intersphinx_mapping inference still prints even if no objects meet the threshold

As it is, if no results score highly enough to be printed, the inferred mapping isn't printed.

Actually, probably makes the most sense to relocate the mapping inference chunk to be above all the rest of the output, once the objects.inv is located -- it is closely related to the location of the docset, and all of the rest of the output is focused more on the contents of the inventory.
