Bring back nicknames #1

Email addresses don't always obviously map to names and some people don't like their email addresses posted in plain text as it's perfect for spambots. Email harvesters are why tools like bugzilla obfuscate email addresses for guests. I don't think the email address should be exposed publicly and we should go back to exposing a nickname everywhere.

I think the wrong issue number was used in the commit and this isn't fixed.
