Add 1.37.2 issues to deprecation notice in ModAssistant #612

Adds the issues with 1.37.2 to ModAssistant, and add a deprecation notice to BSMM's section, as that is broken as well on 1.37.2 and above.

Found out that BSMM will be fixed, removed notice
