Replace "first item" part of adding files to cues with actually searching the text of the file name?

Fixed

Switches to main cue list before running script, to make the cues more reliably.
Previously generated output number procedurally (so the wrong order in the list of files meant they were assigned to the wrong outputs). Now uses the number in the file name - even if the order is incorrect, the correct output will be used.
Also cannot confuse itself by ignoring an actual output and using the sub-file instead.
Fixed in v1.2
