Create sub linecheck sound and automate the script to use that instead of saying "Sub" (or any output containing the word sub?)

Created sound v1, need to adapt script to use the new sound for channels labelled "Sub" (and include some documentation on channel naming)

Add subLevel variable which is separate from userLevel
