Add the deprecated function #73

get_interfaces_info was deprecated, this PR adds it to the plugin so the plugin does not have to be rewritten. I copied the function from https://github.com/opnsense/core/blob/e0e1401f8739e3359a9d968d435e3a42ccff3d37/src/etc/inc/interfaces.inc#L3909
