NOTE: This workflow does not use PON. Should be implemented in the future. Added variant calling scripts 1 and 2 for calling and filtering. Added GATK4 and gnomAD VCF to set up. Tested on AWS EC2 m5d.xlarge with Moran WES BAM 6:96076198-96096198.
