How can I find older versions of Bsnes? #162

This repository contains the source-code for bsnes versions back to v067 or so; were you wanting older versions than that?

The question is probably about builds usable by a nonprogrammer user, not just source code. An archive of official builds bitwise identical to historically released versions would especially make sense.

I’m personally interested in this from the perspective of being able to refer to a specific version (with each version having a dedicated webpage like it was in the original byuu’s bsnes repo), specifically 107 as the first one to support vertically-integer scaling via the “Center” mode that I mention in my article about pixel-perfect integer-ratio scaling.

The most complete archive of historical releases is the bsnes-history-kit, and in particular things I've archived and things tukuyomi archived. Unfortunately, "most complete" is not "entirely complete", and there's still a lot of gaps in the record.

There's probably room for somebody to pick through those collections and provide a curated list of historical builds. I don't have time to do that myself, but if somebody else wanted to make a web site linking to the archives in the bsnes-history-kit, that would be fine by me.
