Star Fox 2 Prototypes (and in some cases hacks) not loading properly in BSNES #192

Some prototypes (and a couple of hacks) do not load properly in BSNESbut do load correctly in SNES9X. The game will start but with a black screen and you only hear the music. This issue was mentioned in the BSNES discord chat also.
