Immediately after opening the System->Load Game ... menu, I think tabbing should cycle through the controls in that window and list of ROMs.
But tabbing 3 times closes this window instead (the 3rd tab seems to press the "Cancel" button instead of continuing to cycle through the controls).
If I click on the path field before tabbing, after 3 tabs I get this:
The 3rd tab in this case seems to press the "Create Folder" button.
