Cross-platform vst2_main directory changes #10

Although this will allow compilation on Linux, and it shouldn't affect the Windows builds, it's untested as far as the functionality goes.

Also, I removed the relative header includes so these will expect the right directories to be a command-line directory inclusion. I didn't realize I had them in this commit until just now, so I don't mind changing that up for this simple merge.
