Consent Receipt Generator label changes, #4

Ok, So finally the simple list of changes for the consent receipt generator web page based on last meeting and v0.7 edit.

  1. Change label; 'ID of natural Person' to : receiver’s ID, (email by default)
  2. Move 'Service Title' to Purpose Specification
  3. remove link to short privacy notice
  4. change label ‘Data Controller’ to “Data Controller Contact” 4a. Add - "Add New +" contact field to contact
  5. Remove lable and field 'Consent Transaction Data'
  6. Change label Purposes to “Purpose Specification”
  7. PII Categories, should have a 'Add +' for a new value and category
  8. Change label, 3rd party sharing of personal information to “Information Sharing”
  9. Remove label and field “ Consent Context”
  10. Remove label and field “ Resource server identifier
  11. Remove label and field “Oauth Scopes"
  12. Change the rendered receipt so that the feilds appeared in the revised v0.7 order, which is:
