MCPMappingViewer compeletly broke #29

Due to recent shutdown of MCPBot (which is where MCPMappingViewer) gets minecraft mappings, MCPMappingViewer is completely useless.

this should be resolved if you build the project from source based on the latest PRs that I just accepted.
