Add ontology-based modelling system (OBMS) ? #2

I was wondering about https://theory-database.appspot.com/ . Could this be listed in BSSOfoundry? I see that OBMS which drives it is claimed to be at least one step removed from an ontology, though I haven't had the time to read how the two would be different, maybe because OBMS is a property-graph structure?

Thanks @ddooley for the excellent question!

OBMS is not an ontology in itself. The theories in the theory database are represented as triples of constructs and relationships, and the constructs are then annotated to (possibly multiple) ontology IDs. Thus the content as a whole is more like a knowledge graph including ontology annotations than itself being an additional ontology.

However, of course this is closely related to the BSSO Foundry and as you suggest, it would be good to include a link and a description.
