Backend changes required to support repository access #95

As a developer I want the RYP backend to be able to use a hosting service so that I can use/save a survey located in a repository

The user interface can use the backend to log into a hosting service and connect to a repository
The user interface can use the backend to load/save custom surveys
The user interface can use the backend to save survey answers to the repository
