Hands-On: create new page to briefly explain the heat equation problem #10

We need a short explanation of the problem that's being used as a running example for those interested. However we need to emphasize that it is not necessary to understand the physics (or the math) to do our hands-on activities.

Actually, the usual text in the hands-on section of the event page points to the h-n-w README file and to the ATPESC hands-on site for explanations at two levels of detail. Is that enough? Or do we need something within this web site too?
