Currently, the site generates helper pages for each tutorial which have a lot of code fragments which can be cut and pasted into a terminal to generate issues.
The strategy developed for the HPC-BP webinar production process is much richer, and includes putting issues with deadlines on a V2 project board, which I think is desirable: https://github.com/ideas-productivity/hpcbp-webinar-planning/blob/main/gen-production-issues.sh. It doesn't necessarily have to be a single script, and it could probably still be displayed on helper pages for cut and paste, if that's desirable. Generating Outlook tasks would also be good.
