Figure out how to conveniently display artifacts from past tutorials #2

Maybe on the main page? Maybe on the individual tutorial page? Both?

Need to accommodate the possibility of videos (or a playlist), presentations, tutorial web site, tutorial GitHub repo, etc.

Implemented an "artifact" data structure, similar to that used in the webinars and panels. It should do what we need.
