Move presentation resources to a separate page? #21

The Resources from Presentations section is pretty long. Although we do have a jump table at the beginning, the length of this section may make routine navigation cumbersome. Would it be better to display this content on a separate page and just link it here?

Another possibility is to make it "accordion". I believe this is a standard HTML feature now, so it should not require anything fancy to implement.
