Utilities need to be fully parameterized #27

The generated script for the figshare entry and making the release (at least) are not fully parameterized.

Should also probably break this up into multiple pages or create a table of contents for navigation.

Decisions made in bssw-tutorial/tutorial-management#39 will probably also impact what we want to generate here.

Everything that's there now is properly parameterized. So assuming we'll keep to that standard going forward, we can declare victory.
